RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All products may be returned for any reason if requested via our website returns page within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, go to the order page on www.dcmscorp.com and request a return. Once authorized, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization, and mail your return to the following address:

If unable to print the return authorization, please clearly print your name and order ID number on to a piece of paper and include it in the package. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please note shipping and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email address below to arrange a refund or exchange within 30 days of product receipt. Upon inspection of the product, and acknowledgement of product defect, we may decide to refund initial shipping cost at our discretion.
